- Episode 32 details what happens when construction is finished using a 203k Loan and my final construction numbers from the loan. I went over my 203K Loan. 203K Loan holds 10% from every check disbursement until I sign completion letter.
I’m a first-time home buyer with no experience of renovations. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I am willing to try something new! The interior walls have a coat of primer on, we are starting to paint!

Yes I definitely would. I think now that I have a space I would have less personal wants… for the next one like not putting so many items that I personally like in it.. just putting in standard basic items.. that way I’m not so attached to it lol
