1. Best fold a hooded sweatshirt hoodie to compact as much as possible.
2. Most compact folding method for cheapest USPS postage costs, allowing any size S-5Xl To fit in a standard poly mailer.
3. Allow you to fix up to 3 3XL hoodies in a USPS Priority mailer bag for the lowest carrier rates @ $7.25.
4. Some smaller hoodies will still fit under USPS first class mail with this method.

Grab a bunch and practice. I promise 3 of any XL or smaller will fit. Just have tape and a friend help hold it steady the first time. The savings are worth the initial hassle. Everyone else paying $25 and your not. Money in ur pocket.

Im going to Florida in the next 3 days and have not packed and i need to know how to fold sweatshirts bc idk how to and we cant take big bags bc we only have a small car with 4 people sooo and i still take sweatshirts to Florida yes....

Pirateship.com allows you to choose weight. No scale needed. Anything under a XL is $4.5 via first class.
I'm wondering how is the customers experience when they receive the garment. I'm worried about wrinkles on the prints if the hoodie is folded too small.

I think this looks great until the hood goes over, great for packing though. I might try this inside out so that the outer part of the hood is showing.

I use the priority bag. Its the cheapest and can hold the most.

Question: I want to mail a hoodie and a letter, can I just stick a piece of paper with the letter inside the hoodie? Or does it have to be separate?
Toss the letter in. We send purchase receipts with the hoodies and that's basically a letter.
Make a video showing all 3 in one bag
Roll them. Remove all air. Tape each rolled hoodie to stay rolled. Have tape ready to seal bag.

@@Bluntedco. this hoodie you will find prints exceptionally well. Like all DTG as you know there is a perfect setting for each garment.
For this Champion hoodie, here is my process. Mayne you can take from my process and find your spot too. When mastered, I have NO PROBLEM getting $60 each for a front print all day competing online, offering Champion puts you above other "gildans" out there.
Step 1. Press hoodie at 320 at 30 psi for 20 seconds to get rid of moisture.
Step 2. Lint brush gently down the hoodie.
Step 3. Pretreat hoodie. I use Firebird GTX 3RD Gen FBX 100 at 1:1 diluted w distilled water.
Step 4. Let sit and soak for 1 min.
Step 5. Using a Wooster brush i brush down the hoodie in the same direction toward pocket to spread evenly the rest of the Pretreat.
Step 6. Set aside for 10 mins. (Important)
Step 7. Press out PT at 320 at 20 psi (Light pressure) for 65 seconds.
Step 8. Print.
Step 9. Hover at 320 for 3 mins before pressing with a thin Teflon sheet or etc at 320 at 20psi for 65 seconds.
know this sounds like a lot, but its pretty fluid process, just sounds like alot when you write it out. Heck, you probly already do this.

@@clixstormdiy4352 awesome thanks! i will have to tweak that process a little bit because i use a digi dry box conveyor dryer so maybe it will be a bit easier for me to dry the pretreat. But i do flatten the fibers down with a Stahls hotronix. i will also have to find the sweet spot on the pretreat too since i use the epson pretreat still since i have a new box. i was doing 1 preteat to 2 water but ill try a few different ratios 1:1 - 1:1.5 & 1:2 on that sweater. Priority mail unfortunately over 16oz to avoid bill backs. I use pirate ship for shipping.

The hoodie folded is 10X10. same size as a head. Try it on your hoodie. In the 1000s I've shipped. No complaints.

Dims of package 12x6 inches. Adjust accordingly to avoid reweigh. Still cheaper.

don’t buy the bags this guy listed. they literally suck. the sides rip SO easily and it’s extremely difficult to fit anything inside
When you put the garment inside you gently fold it like a taco and it goes right in. Then flatten it. After 20,000 I haven't had an issue. What do you use?
