Attribute stacking is a very well scaling build when you have the currency for it (it scales to infinity with money). And contrary to the almost deterministic crafting for prefixes and suffixes (with fossiles/essences/harvest/suffixes cannot be changed, etc), the implicits can only be changed via beastcrafting, randomly, one implicit modifier at a time. And there are a LOT of possible implicits. As such you could take all the 2 correct implicit rings on the market, throw them into the beastcrafter, win the 1/3 and its stil very unlikely to hit the perfect percentage attribute mod.
