    Scott Frost, one of my favorite players and commentators, being commentated by another one of my favorite commentators. Joshua Filler is amazing too.

    Great Match to watch, but better yet, had the best 0ne Pocket Commentator in the business. Jeremy Jones just has the game knowledge and makes it enjoyable to watch..

    Jones, Incardona, and the late Grady Mathews are probably our best pool commentators.

    I remember JJ coming into
    Akron Starcher Billiards about 5 days before one of there big tournaments either the Akron Open or the Ohio State Open and he cleaned up this was the days before cell phones and computers that ratted you out lol. I remember when a stranger would come in we would always check the cars in the parking lot lol 😂 I remember Joe Kerr would bring in players to take people off at his home room which didn’t get looked at to nice 😉

    Filler's shooting accuracy and confidence are so awesome he's fearsome. I believe some day this kid will really become great pool player -- perhaps even greater than all the legends -- once he matures.

      When I saw Filler play - and win - some tournament down in a Gulf nation I felt he was the next great pool player. But Fedor Gorst has eclipsed him a little, in tourny wins the last two years at least. Still, Filler has all the talent needed to win at any pool game against anyone.

    Hard to tell from the camera angles, but it looked like the 11 ball was the shot after a great shot on the 4. @ 1:11:45

    Have a question, after the break what determines who has what pocket?

    • @dylanbradley7583
      @dylanbradley7583 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      David Lopez it’s predetermined

    • @DavidLopez-pc4nw
      @DavidLopez-pc4nw 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dylan Bradley predetermined before the lag or coin toss, sorry just curious, wondering if the person breaking has an advantage breaking on a certain side of the rack

    • @RailbirdsTV
      @RailbirdsTV  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The person breaking the rack picks the pocket before breaking. Since it's alternate break, each person takes a turn picking the pocket.

    At about 1:0 Frost shot a combination making the 8 ball. He did not shoot again. Filler came to the table. I can't see any reason for Frost not shooting another shot. Somebody please tell me what happened.

    • @user-dd8jo6xl3p
      @user-dd8jo6xl3p หลายเดือนก่อน

      1:01 is the correct time. Game score is 1 to 1.

    • @RailbirdsTV
      @RailbirdsTV  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Scott shot the combination into Joshua's pocket. You only get to keep shooting if you make a ball in your own pocket. Scott felt it was worth giving Joshua that ball, if it meant he could gain an advantage in position (which he did).

    Frost is a jerk, he lost the first game so he then asked Filler if he wanted to play for some money on the side. So what he was saying is Filler got lucky in the first game, and he wants to play for money because he thinks he will win the match.
    And I do not like the way Frost fired that 8 ball into the balls with his stick while Filler was racking, it was a dick move and disrespectful. You would never ever see him do that to Efren or Shane, ever.

    This game is only fun to watch when the pros play. It is not good in any other format,,playing,or watching anything other than this!!

    • @nutbag
      @nutbag 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't think you need to be a top-notch player to be obsessed with playing and if you can't get a good game, watching. Watching is not only entertaining but also learning. You have to do both to improve. Anyone can make balls. With One Pocket, as I improve I love learning and executing creative offense shots, safeties, escape ideas and innovative ways to get the rock where I need it. This is chess, not checkers. there is not one facet I know it all on. Keeps me coming back. Just find someone to match up with to make you work but not discourage you.
      Now Golf, on the other hand, is better watching (for me). Gave golf up because it's expensive, time-consuming, and frustrating (for me).
