Fruit tree at 16:00 is a persimmon. They drop all their leaves before the fruit is ripe so they have stunningly ornamental fruit on completely bare branches. Love them, and the non-astringent varieties taste great.
Erika !! only 2nd video Of urs I've ever watched. I really like the time u take and pricing. I will definately be watching u more. I got into house plants big time when I fell into watching...Paladrina... MS...dah... I am 74yrs so I have always loved house plants. But sure have killed many. After watching her tons of videos I now so so good with my 20 I have added + now propogate. Even Rubber plant babies & branch in water..doing great now in soil.. Anyway I'm going crazy looking at all the....Monastera Adansonii.... I live in Charksville Tenn. & have not seen at Lowes. Only houseplant nursery I should check out... Thankyou For What U do...
Great Post...(I forgot what City You're in). I'm in San Diego, Ca. I love how U know enough about Plant shopping to give an educated opinion on pricing. It's also evident that You LOVE Plants... It shows (in a good way). 🌿💚
Jariah Mckay I have so many adansoniis to be copping more 😂😂 but that is literally the best price I’ve ever seen for an adansonii. If you can find one at Home Depot that’s where it’s at! 😛
It looked like that Home Depot had a Mohawk Sansevieria! They are so expensive in the midwest! Also, I'm so glad you picked the Hoya that you did! Great choice! - I think you should get a staghorn fern for your tree stump too! 💚
Recently Discovered Your Channel And I Had To Subscribe👍🏼!!!! I Really Am Enjoying Your Videos But When You Go To Nurseries You Tend To Gravitate To The Same Plants. Show The Aglaonemas And Calatheas Some Love 😊
The fuzzy begonia at the first nursery was beautiful!! And a spiderwort is an herb, fun fact. Also the reddish orange fruit tree at bellefontaine was a persimmon tree. We have them all over in Louisiana.
Kristie Bihm I didn’t know it was an herb! That’s very cool 😎 love that fun fact! Thank you for letting me know! They are so pretty, I love the color of them 😍
Omg! It's a shame you couldn't get that ceropegia sandersonii. The flowers are so frickin cool! The macrophyla that you bought is beautiful. I have one and I love it 💚💚
The plant you could not find the name of in the first 12 mins or so is an umbrella tree. I am loving the plant tours, keep up the good work and look forward to the next one. These plants are so good.
Ack! I'm freezing here in IL with total plant envy on your plat adventure day. I so need a hoya obovata it's my total quest plant I'm hunting or a huge one lol.
Hello!! I have been searching for this a long time!! What is the plant at 10:26??? I have it at home, and I dont know its name! Sorry for bad spelling!
I'm so sorry but, passionfruit tree? They grow on vines 😂 maybe a pomegranate tree? I didn't see the fruits well tho. Also, I love your content! Seeing all these plants makes me so happy. I'm also learning more names of them so that's cool!
Omg I am adding armstrongs back into my list. My list is too big. I'm crying lol. Erika, do you remember what day of the week you went to the Armstrong's? I want to know what their shipment day is! :)
MochBuzz 😂😂 there’s too many good shops!! oh & I asked them! They said they restock mon-thurs but I don’t know to what extent they restock & if it was only that one store I asked. This video was filmed on a Tuesday tho! I find that it’s best to go on weekdays.
@@ErikaLodes That helps! Thanks so much. :) And omg I have maybe like 40 shops to hit without any Armstrong's. SOS crying. I'm hoping to milk LA for every cool plant they have. So manyyyy good shops. Looking fwd to your upcoming tours!!!!
wow plants are expensive where you're at... in Denmark i just bought an adensonii for the equivalent of 9 dollars... and a deliciosa for 12 dollars... :O (not big, but not small either - 13 leaves on my adensonii and 10 on the deliciosa)
Every plant except the stag horn has damaged, burned or spotted leaves.... I would not bring home anything from there because you're going to be either bringing home bugs or a fungus which is causing the damage to those leaves I don't know how they won any award.. You have shown so many more beautiful plants that are in pristine perfect condition for WAY better prices in Home Depot or other nurseries this is the worst one.
