This song makes me think of my mum. We used to love this song. Sang it in the car together. Sang it in the house together. Sang it looking at the river beside our hotel in England. She passed away in march last year. She had been sick since 2019, we still don’t know what it was. I was only 13, when she passed. It was so hard in the beginning, but I didn’t really let myself grieve because I didn’t want people to see me sad, even though I had every right. It’s been over a year and I’m nearing 15, it’s easier now. I find myself moving on with life, almost ‘forgetting’ I even had a mum to begin with, If that makes sense? I’ve gotten so used to not having her, it feels like I never did. I get moments where I just miss her so much. This song played in the car radio a few weeks ago, and I had to bite back my tears, because I didn’t want my dad to see my crying. But once it played, I remembered all the times me and my mum sang it together. But again, I moved on. But tonight, at 1:40am, 23 august 2023, I miss her again. I don’t know why, but I just do. I miss her touch, her smell, her voice, her everything. Grief is complicated. One minute you could be living your best life, then the next, you can be crying, missing your loved ones. I miss my mum. I still needed her to teach me so much. I still needed to tell her so much. But, time ran out.

I think this was made as a warning song to let us know of what's coming. I think God is behind the creation of this song because God knew what was gonna come in the future and used this amazing voice and the lyrics together to warn us.
While i agree overall, i'd argue this isn't a song about "happiness" or "sadness"; it's a song about "anger", and more specifically about letting that anger galvanize you..
I think this applies to everyone who is fighting cancer and the medical teams failures to help us . Our dreams get shattered. I know this is continuing to happen to me every day. We just want to be the truth and what will happen to our future

I’m May 25th, 2018 abortion was fully legalised all over Ireland, freeing its women from fear and pain. ❤
