You are so right! I have forgiven many people, it seems to be alright, then they go right back to their scripted tactics. It then triggers me into angry and unforgiveness. I get almost bitter and sarcastic sometimes. I usually go immediately into prayer and ask God to forgive me for my attitude. I tell Him I remembered my shortcomings and also what our Lord said on the cross, " Father forgive them for they know not what they do". These people are used against us just as you said, to sidetrack us from completing or doing even more work in the kingdom, which is the only real thing that actually matters in this world. We can easily see where it is all going at a rapid rate these days. This of course is not always easily done, but I have got into a kind of habit now. All glory to God! Well spoken message. Im going through the fire as we speak. I think that now it may be too late for me to focus on others as ive been through the instance of samson, paul, and jesus . My back is behind a wall so instead of pitying myself I choose to look up and wait for the next step He tells me to make. The fact that I shouldnt be here right now and am able to press send is a blessing in itself so dont look down ever! Think of it as you not giving GOD a chance to work (the same way it typically goes); It shows lack of faith + anything you dont let GOD handle becomes worse with mans influence without GOD.
