I love kremrole /cream roll/ every time I eat them remember my grandma´s kitchen. Every cook prepares Svickova with his own style, but if you use as one ingredience your heart and love for cooking, it will be amazing every time.
Yeah, I dunno but svíčková from a pressure cooker? Never seen that one before... I´d just roast the meat with the veg, spices and stock or water in the oven til tender and then press everything(except the meat) through a sieve and finish with cream and lemon juice...
Svíšková je tisíc receptů a tisíc chutí.. měl jsem od babičky, měl jsem od mámy, měl jsem v Praze, měl jsem v jižních Čechách, měl jsem i na Moravě, pokaždé byla jiná, pokaždé jiná barva, trošku jiná chuť... Svíčková hold není jen jedna.. :)

Absolutely lovely! just a tiny detail - its a parsley,not a parsnip root :) (parsnips are way too sweet for this recipe, carrots do the job)
