Stacked where?? Half of the Eagles starting roster is players that Sirianni drafted.. They had a terrible record the year before he was made Coach, and also had a bad record his first year.. Hes one of the main people who helped improve the team to where it is now... And incase you didnt know, Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie fired Douggy P so that Wentz would stay, and Wentz still asked to be traded anyway..

The playcalling is pedestrian and the route combinations are lack luster, but that’s no excuse for making egregious mistakes and causing turnovers or holding the ball for forever and taking sacks.

This only shows that Philadelphia Eagles are a top 3 franchise. To make it to two superbowls in 5 years with different coaches and different starting quarterbacks is incredible. It takes some teams decades to just get back to the playoffs. The eagles know how to rebuilt and adapt. The Eagles have been to 7 Nfc Championship games since 2002. They've had 6 different quarterbacks start a playoff game mcnabb, garcia, vick, foles, wentz, hurts they're not being carried by a hof quartback every year. I'm not even an Eagles fan and I recognize the greatness. It's hard to win a super bowl all you can ask for as a fan is for your team to be relevant every year and give you a chance in the playoffs.

Actually it was quite different.
1. The Eagles actually won Super Bowl LII, and it was with their backup, Foles; they lost in Super Bowl LVII, and it was with their starter, Hurts.
2. Hurts was a 2nd rounder, meant to be a backup QB as well as maybe a gadget piece player; Wentz got traded up for to get taken as the 2nd overall pick.
3. Hurts had to strive hard to earn his name as the starter here (as well as getting lucky that Russell Wilson didn’t want to play for Philly); Philly was happy trading their starter with the intention of handing Wentz the job his first season.
4. Hurts made his name as a dominant runner with strong intangibles and a decent ability to throw; Wentz was the opposite (a dominant passer with no intangibles and a solid ability to scramble).
Are there are similarities? Sure, but a ton of differences too.
