Thanks for the video. The content is generally interesting and informative... However, the first 13 minutes and the last 3 minutes are somehow painful for me to watch AND listen... The speaker is reading out loud, 99% of the time, exactly what is written on each and every slide. For me as the audience, that's not an effective presentation style. I find myself either muting the sound or pausing the video and just read the text by myself (I can do that. no need to read it for me), or I don't look at the monitor, I just listen to the voice. I almost gave up watching midway through the video... It would have been more effective and more informative if there were fewer texts (just the key words) and talk more (elaboration) of the idea and message of the written text, with examples. :-)
