- I always wonder why People and Kpop stans avoid Suga? I have very soft spot for Yoongi in my heart and often question myself why is Min yoongi not popular? I say it's because they are afraid to fall in love with him. He has all the talent in the world and the heart of an angel.

To be honest Yoongi, Seokjin, Hoseok, and Namjoon are so under appreciated. They deserve more recognition.
Edit: Wow, this is still going eh? A lot of the comments are saying things like "So, the hyung line?" as if I don't know they make up the hyung line. I'll say it once for everybody: I listed them by name because their names DESERVE to be out there. They are not 'hyung line' or 'rap line' or 'kpop idols' or even simply BTS. They are individuals pursuing their passions, achieving their goals, and making their mark not only on the Korean music industry, but also the international music industry as well as individual lives. They make up half of BTS, and that's beautiful in and of itself, but they deserve to be appreciated on an individual micro level too (as do Jungkook, Taehyung, and Jimin.)
Seokjin has charted many amazing solo songs like Epiphany, is recognized worldwide for his looks, and makes monthly donations to UNICEF Korea (along with other donations). Suga has over 70 songs attributed to his name by the KMCA, has won Melon Music and Mnet Asian Music awards, produced and charted a number of songs, and has donated 100 million won (that we know of) to the Korea Paediatric Cancer Foundation. He is also an open mental health and LGBTQ+ advocate! Hoseok was the highest charting solo Korean artist on the Billboard 200 at the time of Hope World's release, was awarded the fifth-class Hwagwan Order of Cultural Merit by the President of South Korea, has charted many singles, and has donated 250 million won (that we know of) to Child Fund Korea. The maknae line is pushed (and they deserve to be recognized!), but this is a hyung line appreciation post because they have had amazing accomplishments too and deserve to be seen just as much as the other half.
I think it's only because there are many new armys and in the first time the maknae line stands out more than the hyungs.

My point is that I think they all deserve recognition and appreciation, and I've really noticed that so many fans just gloss over the hyung line in favour of the maknae line. It just makes me sad because each member brings so much to the group, and if any left it just wouldn't be BTS anymore

Suga is my bias, my idol, and someone I can say I look up to as a person and as an example of just a wonderful person, and a wonderful personality. 💜💜. Watching him play the piano by ear as an aspiring pianist, is so stunning and inspirational to me. The fact that he plays by ear (essentially meaning you understand every key and know in your head which key makes what sound and at what pitch to be able to play anything you want, some might call it “speaking piano” 😂, Yoongi speaks 2 languages after all, Korean, and Music 😂) and it’s extremely beautiful and impressive because not everyone spins talented enough in music to do this, and he is extremely talented beyond the moon. 💜

Underrated is when a persons value is underestimated. It’s 2019 and I think people should stop comparing them and saying who's "under-hyped" and who’s not. Some people even go as far as saying "yeah, they deserve more hype than the other members" (lmao hype got autocorrected as toe, i'm sorry, i just had to put this in). The definition of an ARMY is literally to love each members equally. Not saying you can’t have a bias, but you have to love all of them. The Maknae line is still the most popular in Korea, but Worldwide it’s equal. We can't say that they are under-hyped anymore, in my opinion. I hype up all of the members, even though Jimin is my bias. I love Yoongi with all of my heart and the Hyung-line (of course, the Maknae-line too). I see Yoongi biased ARMYs everywhere (and Namjoon, Hobi + Jin). I am SO HAPPY that they are finally recievibg so much love! I agree that they were under-hyped before.

I think Yoongi has a ton of stans (me included) but we're just more low key. Like when BTS introduce themselves on talk shows I find that Jungkook, Taehyung, and Jimin fans typically scream super loud. But Yoongi fans are more quite. And not just when it comes to yelling to support, but just in our day to day life we're more quite.

I hate the fact that he's always the "cold mean bad boy that hates everything" because that just makes him look like a bad person, when we all know that he deserves the world. He hates cold weather, he loves bears, he's scared of fireworks, rides and horror movies. Have you seen the theme park run BTS episode? The zombie one? He literally didn't do one of the game in episode 85 because he was too scared. He gets shy on camera, he listens to the members when they argue, he holds their hand when he argues with them, he cares for them when they're sick, he stays up until midnight - 6am and produces over 100 songs a year. I see people say he doesn't smile often, but recently, he's been showing his gummy smile and has fun with the members, he had never yelled at anyone before and he can just as loud as Hobi. He loves ARMY and Bangtan so much, and he does have friends outside BTS. Just because he's quiet, sarcastic and honest, doesn't mean he's cold or mean.

I honestly feel bad that people feel that's he's cold and/or distant. He looks intimidating but if you look deeper inside, you'll see nothing but a kind, quiet rapper. I have known BTS for almost 3 years now. Yoongi is not cold and he's not antisocial, he is someone with a warm heart and someone who tries to be social but he's a introvert.
The person who caught my attention first was Yoongi so it was mainly because of him that I started to get interested in BTS. I love mysterious people and Yoongi had (and still has) that mysterious aura I really like and his rap was literally so good (I became a BTS fan with Not Today's MV).
Alex Izylea no he dosent have that aura anymore. He has become very lively and is really a meow meow now
