The mentioned benefit comes by chanting for several years or if you are spiritual from past birth ie you are continuing your sadhana (practice) in this birth. Aum is the sound of the universe. It is called beeja mantra in sanskrit, primordial sound from which entire universe is formed. If chanted properly for 8hours daily it can cure any disease. It resets our body as body vibrates to it's frequency. Hope I have answered your question a little bit.

Remember that it is not om , it is aum. Check videos on net. A little+ - wont be a problem as it is premodial sound & to there's no side effects.

AUM chanting signifies the emotional devotion towards the one's own deity and the UNIVERSE at large.
This is an extremely powerful truth!!
It is the only video on the whole TH-cam with the correct pronunciation.
I met an Australian man who lived in India for many years and it was my privilege to be in his presence when he chanted Aum(only once!!) in such a way that every cell in my body tingled as they felt the power in it's resonance. It impacted on me in a profound way and It was the first and only time ever I've felt such power and haven't come across anything else since that could be compared to that experience. In saying that I do find this video soothing, it helps me find some depth of soul from listening to it but it's nothing on the one I heard in India and from an Australian to go on with. I come from Australia so I am deeply impressed.

Aum is the universes neutral vibration in hinduism and buddhism. You should practice Aum meditation everyday and you'll be able to feel that power times trillion fold. My mom taught me about this and she's a buddhist that can meditate up to 12 hrs a day, and i'm forever grateful for it. I'm not a Buddhist, but through all the Aum meditation, I'm now sober off weed, nic codeine, alc, opis, and ketamine, and now also in a better head space. I highly recommend it if you really want to feel that "power".

The AUM chant is indeed very powerful, I have sat in meditation chanting this outside on a bright sunny day, and after about 15 minutes in a trance like state the rain came down, I did not notice till I came out of it drenched. Very powerful indeed when invoking the primordial feminine energies.

It has been over 30 years since I left the military, I battle with chronic severe PTSD and turned to watching and listening to TH-cam a long time ago, I have met many beautiful human beings on here and many of those have beautiful music/videos as well.

I am an Indian and this is the actual SOUND of the universe and nature. Even Om Is not the correct way. It's AUM. Match it with some pranayama breathing techniques. If you don't know pranayama please do search for it. It has enormous benifits. Those are powerful breathing exercises. They are usually 4 5 pranayams one should do. Thanks for creating this sound. Grateful to the well wishing here. There is a voice, beyond what we can immediately understand, waiting to meet us in the Cave Of Treasures; our powder room, (or the den late at night) where we may connect by arms extended, feet sparsely placed apart, with the Divine Mind. It's always been there for all, without any discrimination or separation. We all know it, yet experiencing it's profound inference of eternal affection and perfect reason, we all secretly surrender to that voice of absolute silence, which is slowly revealing all to all, bringing us Infinity's All. As above, so below.

Even i have stopped over thinking, still anxiety and headaches are there. My head will become dim not able to focus. This is really nice chanting helping me to an extent.

I hear this on my earbuds as i go for my routine morning walks in nature. it just amazes me each time i play this, ... the mind just freezes and gets totally absorbed in it. My entire day goes smoothly and im at peace.

Christ certainly approves of AUM (arguably the original of Amen), though some church members decreed that His more freeing thoughts should not be shared with the public. Thus, the omission of the Gnostic Gospel from the canonical text we now know as the Bible. A child of God is divine. Divine beings are free. Not slaves to useful church dogma. Christ no doubt finds this slightly comical. But He knows we'll understand one day, when we're reunited with Him. AUM is one way to get a step closer.

It vibrated my 6 chakras within 50 minutes. This happened on the second day. On the first day, i heard another video of just om chant and it vibrated ny three lower chakras within 10-15 minutes.
This feels "real." Like how it was meant to be chanted. Makes me finally feel present again. Thank you! 💜
