The drivers of Autos n cabs r generally quite honest compared w rest of India, I can personally vouch for this during my visits to Kerala
Among all the southern states, Kerala serves the real original/authentic Indian chai/tea. Though I am from neighboring state, Kerala has got some very distinct and unique things to boast about such as the 1st state in India to achieve 100% literacy rate,known for its tea gardens(now you know why the tea is so original 😀) and very smart and intelligent people!

Kerala is the birthplace of martial arts. it is where the mother of all martial arts kalaripayattu was born. It's gaining in popularity because it uniquely combines defence techniques, dance, yoga and healing systems. various places in Kerala kalarippayattu is performed on stage it's excellent. lots of people still think that martial art was invented in China. actually an Indian monk named Bodhidharma who brought Buddhism to China practiced kalaripayattu and he taught some of it's practice to his disciples in china.

The first kalari established in TN during 13th century when Raja Ravi Varman Kulashekhara of Quilon invaded Madurai and established his rule over there. Bodhidharman is from 6th century, and there are historical records of well established kalaris in Malabar during that period.

Being from the North of India working in Kochi Kerala, I can assure you apart from trying to get Business you will not get ripped off in Auto or Food in Kerala for sure.
All tourist places are same...😅 I think kerala is less expensive compared to others... Rajastan.. manali are all expensive... Here they gonna get everything in a proper way... Atleast... Not scam either ..

For those coming to Kochi, never go near the fishing net guys and ask for a demonstration. Even for a simple explanation they will charge you ₹500. Such see it from a distance 😂. You can spend that money for a good seafood dish rather.
Yes I have seen many vedios like this.. First they act nice and they demonstrate and try to steel money..The visitors surrounded by these workers so they are forced to give money what they ask..Not nice..

Thank GOD, you guys are in Kerala Right now. It's literally flooded here in Chennai due to cyclone. I was actually very concerned that you might have got stuck here due to the floods . Thank GOD that didn't happen.
There's usually a significant time lag between the travel and the videos posted. If their editing timeline is like most TH-camrs, they have probably already left Kerala by now. So pretty safe from the terrible flooding over in Chennai.

kerala auto is different they don't over charge you . some may ask for 10 to 20% over . In chennai and many other cities they will loot you 500 to700% higher charges will be asked for ./seems he dont know to make kulukki sarbath it normally is not that hot , buy it from a better place

You guys should visit Nagaland this time cause they are having their annual festival call 'Hornbill' festival there you can encounter unique and different cultures, clothes, foods, and exotic ❤. It's completely different from other India . In general North East has different foods and culture. You guys should have taken Water metro in kochi .

Welcome to Kochi. In Kochi you can customize your food, like if you want to avoid too spicy and hot tell them before you place order or for any add on. And for commuting charges do not pay extra charge or you can pay the meter reading.

Tip: Avoid going for demo to these Chinese fishing nets. They are just a tourist trap as you mentioned. Just view it from outside.
We really wanted to see them but totally know it’s a trap!

In Kerala, tea is made the English way. we add milk to the tea concoction. but the rest of India, the tea leaves are boiled in milk and it has a bitter burnt taste to it

Definitely someone said about auto scams in India but in kerala they don't scam you, the one who stop and talk to you are the one who's auto drivers working as a guide, its their job to talk to you. You check other vlogger.

When we go down there we only buy the fish from the guys and next door where they cook the fish for us. Would have a couple beers in the car and enjoy the fish.
