when frank asks, "who's holding your pickle?" and terry (the devil) bozzio says, "she's out in the audience" he's referring to his wife dale who became the lead singer for missing persons. this version became an instant hit on the dr. demento show and was #1 on the weekly top 10 for a long time. then the FCC got wind of it, and dr. d had to heavily edit it using sound effects. he used the sound of a cuckoo clock to cover up the word "titties". it was some pretty masterful editing on his part.
