You aren't wrong with sponsor, though. But I think cause of the contract with the sponsor company, we wouldn't have had much control over what it would look like on the shirt. But I'm not 100% sure. I respect your rating, especially compared to other club shirts. I'd have put it a bit higher imo. Not a lot higher, though.
From a Bradford fan the sponsor is our local car company JCT600 and the kit looks like that because it’s a 120yr anniversary shirt from when we switched from a rugby club to football
As you've pointed out, there's a lot of logic to the choice of design of shirt this season. Still, it's not a patch on last seasons, which I thought was great and believe Fusion Josh ranked in the top 3 last year?

Grimsby in 20th is harsh. The sponsor looks top and the design isn’t bad either. The first picture does t do it justice either, looks very good on the players
That pic with the Gills shirt is in the building work at the ground. The club shop is being rebuilt. The sponsor is a construction company who I believe are doing the works. Hence the picture. 16th is criminally low though…
I am glad you put the County kit as top, as it is stunning. It is a homage to the 1992-93 kit that i still have. The only thing I would have changed is to have the back the same as the front. But overall it is great.
Grimsby fan here and honestly I really like our kit bias aside, it's nice having a different home shirt once in awhile compared to the traditional stripes imo anyway. I completely get people not liking the simplicity but it's definetetly one that is a lot better to look at in person. Only down side for me is that lovely print on the front is not all the way around the shirt and just a plain blue back of the shirt. Black shirt is good but still not as good as the puma Dortmond black out shirt. Don't forget to holla if you need a lift to any stockport games. Should be going to the first 4 games of the season.

The smaller the club you support, the better the football fan you are. And small clubs like Watford have no plastics. We all support small clubs because non of our 24 clubs are gonna win a domestic major trophy anytime soon. If you support a big 6 club, you're a glory hunter. Empty seats > glory hunters big 6 fans Small English clubs like Watford clear of Chelsea, Liverpool Man Utd. I like Fulham, Bournemouth, Burnley, Crystal Palace & Brentford.
If you want a devisive kit and delve down to the National League take a look at Bromleys away kit. I think its horrendous but it appears others disagree

Bradford City's 120 year anniversary shirt is supposed to look like a rugby shirt as that was the colours and style of Manningham FC rugby League teams shirt 120 years ago.
I know I'm biased, but I absolutely love our (notts) home kit honestly - despite the sponsor - part of me actually really likes the sponsor, part of me doesn't though. 😅
