Having sat through a trial involving a serious tout I learned one important fact. There is a dedicated Supertendant who is totally responsible for the safety & security of the tout & famiy as long as he remains on the programme & behaves to normal crime free existence. When a Criminal Cour Judge requested a document pertaining to the tout be produced in Court he was basically told to ''get lost'' & had to escorted on his own (without a camera) to view said document.
I was in st pats in 1996/98 and he was a cleaner on b3 qnd johner hutch looked afyer him so well and thos wat ends up doin on the hutches..dirty lying informer
