Pies with chicken and mushrooms in the oven turn out ruddy and incredibly tasty. Hot pies are the best option for a quick snack.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 250 g
Champignons - 150 g
Yeast dough - 450 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Butter - 20 g
Salt and spices (pepper, dried garlic, Provencal herbs) - to taste
Yolk and milk - for greasing.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C/356F.
