seeing this routine makes me respect dan sapp and cali teams way more. like i think this being dan sapp choreo, it could've been idk, a lot more interesting? but he played to minnesotas strengths and came up with a pretty awesome pom routine. congrats on the titles.
Most pom pom routines deal with choreography with some what of technique, but this routine had every second with technique and just amazed me!!!!! PERFECT JOB LADYS
Thanks for reminding me that this was was their fourth title. Thanks also for responding earlier about not posting anything until all the teams were done competing. I have been busy helping a relative move all weekend and just got home.

Feet and Hands (Poms) hit the floor first. It is an illusion and looks as if the knee hits first.
no, the hands land with the knees. go frame by frame. but i do see that they do roll down over their ankles, so it makes sense.
As long as the knees do not hit first. I can guarantee Varsity and UDA make sure we practice safety first.
