How to synchronise alternator with grid in power plant / जनरेटर को ग्रिड के साथ सिंक्रोनाइज कैसे करे

Here I am explaining how do we synchronize generator with grid ..generator ko gird se kese synchronize krte h ko sanjaya gya h .AGR apke mann me koi saval ho to feel free to ask me ..this is just brief demo of how to synch two systems at power plant.
