  • This video shows some important kung fu stances and basic skills. It's a great way to see if your kids have any interest in starting martial arts lessons.
    Good for stretching out the chest and legs and it involves some serious leg strengthening exercises as well. It’s not as easy as it looks but with practice, these exercises will definitely improve flexibility, strength, balance and coordination!
