Bugger me! that's where I buy my glasses from every year...that optician over your right shoulder at 1:03 . How did I not know about that food place? Anyway, the optician is very good, next day prescription glasses starting at $10 or so depending on the frame. I'll make sure I grab a lunch there next visit. Cha Ca La Vong is the name of a restaurant in Q3 that only does fish and dill...that's it...nothing else, they cook it at the table and it's delicious. Went there a couple of times last visit, very reasonably priced and full of locals.
Duuummmaaaa that ish was expensive. What would you rate Bep Me on a scale of 1-10? I’ve been to a number of Michelin recommended restaurants in Vietnam & have yet to be blown away.
Good question! Although the banh xeo is quite unique, we'd give it a 6.5/10 to be honest. It's quite expensive for what it is! And you're right, a lot of Michelin places aren't as amazing as you'd think or hope. Hopefully in future, Michelin places can also sample more affordable street dining vendors! 😊
@@diontrann only stirring mate Your relaxed approach is appreciated I think you’re ready seafood in Vung Tau, Ben tree and the whole Mekong thing!!!! I have faith
Thats sooooo.....cheap 😂 A bowl of Pho in australia is $21AUD.....now also public holiday10% extra $23.10 Cracklig pork roll is $11AUD now was $10 before ...😅😅😅 Great video as always kim❤
Oh wow! We last heard a bowl of pho was about $18-$19 but $21?? My god!! 😮 Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed the video! Couldn't have done it without Dion! 🥰
Because of this review, I came to the restaurant. It overrated! Except bánh xèo anh fried tofu nothing else is good but their price are pricey. I wouldn’t mind their price tag,but it was very dirty restaurant. It like they never clean floor and their stuffs. No air conditioning, I wouldn’t never referred any one to this restaurant. For the price tag, I could have enjoyed a better upscale restaurant with air conditioning.
We also felt that it was quite upscale and was pricey (which we mentioned in the video's summary). The banh xeo is very unique though so we enjoyed that aspect and the wall art 👌
Look the food so yum the restaurant looks beautiful and the waiters dressed up all yellow fists time I saw like that
Very nice restaurant!
Another great video been following your channel for a while look forward to your next one
Thank you! We appreciate your support so much 🧡

Nice one guys! Try the fried tofu next time 😋Does BMI still have the other location in Nguyen Thai Binh neighbourhood (not too far away)?
Ooo! It is quite pricey to be honest. Great experience though! We believe the other location is still open!
@@diontrann I imagine rent would be high in that location
