I think it will be better idea that you buy a separate small blue tooth microphone to improve your sound quality when you speak while recording the videos!

The min wages are that but the average last year was about 900 euros after taxes (1400 before taxes). And purchasing power is not that bad, condos are relatively affordable vs income and Romania is first in the world at home ownership, some 96% own. Also, people are gonna complain about food prices as they are up 40-50% since the start of the Ukraine war.
And mountains are 23% of the area (technically that's larger than the entire country of Switzerland) and 35% of the territory are hills. Also, less nature has been destroyed than in most of Europe (hence lots of bears, lots of virgin forests in Romania) and population density is relatively low, 19 million people in a 238k square km area.
And the wages, at the fall of communism, December 1989, Romania was in really bad shape and in 90-91 a good engineer with decades of experience was making maybe 120 USD per month. And from there, Romania has been growing and keeps progressing. And if we go back a bit more in time, before WW2, Romania was doing super well, was one of the most developed nations in Europe as it had lots of natural resources, was very strong in agriculture and had strong and quite advanced industries. But after WW2, the West gave Russia half of Europe and half of Asia and Russia imposed (through military force) that socialist dictatorship in Romania and things went downhill, gradually- from an economic perspective, the 60s were good, 70s ok, the 80s were bad, late 80s were terrible.

I'll add a few things, for context , picking potatoes on a field might be some 40 euros per day or a vendor in the vegetable market might make 30 per day, granted these would be without benefits so social security, healthcare. Also, Romania has workforce shortages and there are some foreign workers nowadays , mostly from Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, maybe some 150k from outside the European Union at this point but here are still substantial workforce shortage in agriculture, industry (factory workers), constructions, hospitality as the locals don't wanna do such jobs. So not sure how many people work for the min wage, maybe some students working in supermarkets , Carrefour for example tends to hire students.
Anyway, there are some more fortifications in Brasov county, aside from the ones in the city of Brasov and the ones you visited. There are fortresses in Fagaras, Rupea, Feldioara, there are many fortified churches, the ones that stand out the most Prejmer, Harman, Viscri - 2 of these are World Heritage sites.
The mountains that had snow on the top, those are Bucegi Mountains, the same you see from Busteni, Sinaia - in Busteni there is a castle too, Cantacuzino Castle.
Traffic, at the start of the weekend, a lot of people from Bucharest might go towards Sinaia, Busteni, Predeal, Brasov/Poiana Brasov (mountain/ski resorts) and at the end of the weekend, they go back. Same if there is some kind of legal holiday or during the winter holidays. So on such days, best to depart very early or to avoid going by car
In Sinaia Monastery there are 2 churches, the smaller one is the old one and the more important one. And the town grew around the monastery and is named after it.
