Amaizing meditation.... ♥ felt at ease and happy.
This was so powerful that i had to stop and open my eyes when we moved from heart chakra up. I felt insanely strong vibrations and a lot of red colour. I kept seeing creepy faces smiling at me and the overall vibe was bad and threatening. My heart was racing extremely fast. I was scared to trust her guidance (I have trust issues) and I didn't feel safe. I definitely crossed over to the next plane and I've never been there before. I'll try this meditation again when I'm more ready for it
