I used the Daringly Dark by AG yesterday while tanning outdoors on a park lawn. (The weather in the New York metro area, where I happen to live and which is on the same latitude as Madrid, hasn't quite gotten "beachy" or "summery" yet but it will this upcoming weekend). I used it with Australian Gold's Endless Vacation (much more expensive lotion from the premium line). I didn't want to use up too much of the expensive lotion for reapplication so I used this lotion in conjunction with the Endless Vacation. I've also used it alone. It works great as an outdoor lotion if you're using it in your backyard or in the park or even at the pool but I wouldn't really recommend it for the beach because seawater really dries out your skin and this lotion, though a good intensifier, doesn't quite provide that extra gulp of moisture you need at the beach. If you want a good intensifier from this particular manufacturer (AG), I would recommend something from the Outback or Premium Collections (like the Party Animal, the brand new Nothing But Bronze, the Sol Daze, or the Endless Vacation). Nothing But Bronze is actually similar to Party Animal except they've upped the tyrosine, added DermaDark, added additional skin care ingredients, like Emu Bush and Kangaroo Paw, and also added a little bit of cosmetic bronzer (no DHA, streak free, hassle free, no orange tones, no fake tan look, washes off easily - it's more of an intensifier with a little touch of cosmetic bronzer added to it as opposed to a "bronzer" lotion - great stuff and great scent!!!)

I used the Party Animal lotion last summer at the beach (I already had a really good base tan plus I have Mediterranean skin plus I wasn't planning on using a sunscreen anyway except, maybe, on my face). This lotion works amazingly well in natural sunlight (natural UV light), in your garden/back yard, in the park, at the pool, at the beach, etc... (assuming, of course, you have the right skin type and you're not going to be starting your tan somewhere in the tropics). My point is that a lot of these intensifiers are much more versatile than people think and buying a lotion for use in a tanning bed doesn't mean you can't use it outdoors too, weather permitting. (Just be careful if you're fair skinned, especially at more southerly latitudes and especially especially at tropical latitudes)... But, under the right conditions and circumstances, these lotions work incredibly well in natural, outdoor sunlight. Their versatility should not be underestimated and that might even help boost sales. (The above statements are based on my personal experience and skin type... Results will vary across circumstances and skin types).

Currently using fox tan recommended by a friend. Does anyone have experience with fix tan and the ones you get at Consol? Which do you think is better? I would ask in the shop but I usually do later when not staffed. Thank you 😊
