Regarding the edge mask masking, AftFX should have Copy paste Action for every layer to speed up the process

But I love your tutorial and I’m thinking of buying After Effects now. I used to dabble in 2004 when I took Digital Multimedia. I studied Nursing and now I miss the creativity of animation.
Thank you. Glad you feel inspired! We think it's important to those creative urges. If you don't want to splurge on After Effects, maybe see if Hitfilm Express, Blackmagic Fusion, or Natron are any good.
