I have been using one of these for past 3 weeks. I DO NOT shave my face. I have found the exfoliator and massager keep popping off the adapter. I was sent a replacement shaver with all attachments and it still pops off, the exfoliator and massager that is. In addition I have done both dry and wet shaving with a white cream like yours and with gel which is clear. For me, I get a better shave dry or with using my after shave as a pre-shave. In all fairness I've been using a blade for past several years, probably 10, and I've tried other electric shavers, too. For my money the electrics don't give me the smooth shave I get with a blade. Furthermore, I wanted to switch to an electric to save time but as you just demonstrated, using the electric doesn't save time. It's just as time consuming, if not more, using an electric as it is using a blade. I know this is not what the people at Freedom Grooming want to hear but it's my honest opinion.
Everyone has their plus and minuses between razor vs shaver but their are a ton of guys who don’t do well using a razor you and I might be one of the lucky ones that can go razor or shaver 😀
@Ernest Jackson I am still using it and the shave has gotten better but it still takes too long. The blade is faster for me and closer. Plus, I can't tell when blades need replaced. Wish there was an indicator.
@@nicolejones7307 7 minutes is too long. In the beginning I could hear the person taking the video directing. The massager and exfoliator keeps following off the adapter. I do like the old fashion brush because it feels good. I can shave with a Gillette razor in less than 2 minutes without all the scrubbing. You see all the faces he's making? Not to mention no cleanup shown. I've noticed the white shave cream clogs the shaver. Smelling good means nothing. There are lots of good smelling products on the market. Besides, I don't like using fragrances in my shaving cream if I'm using cologne it will clash.
i just got mine in and shaved with it...cuz i had an electric razor for my face, and a hand razor for my head. having this eliminates needing both...and it shaves well....my only concern is how long will it last. for best results: just put on shaving cream you use and start shaving....make faster than normal rotations with it...and....pass the blades under hot water as your shaving!

Any man knows that cuts are a part of shaving, and nothing gets a closer shave than a razor. I have possibly the best razor for black men (bevel), so with the combo of this and bevel, it works. The truth is I still need both options. Freedom works best for my head, but causes bumps in my face.
Seems like you have to put a lot of pressure on your head to get it to cut, even with Your hair already pretty short?? I have been using safety strait razors for a couple years now but this seemed like a slower process...
Yeah you do. I have one amd its cool but I do have to shave with is multiple times in one sitting to get the smooth feel that I would with the Brand "Head Blade" that a guy on Shark Tank made successful.

I found these type work better for certain guys who have shaving irritation the blades will tear you apart on the regular shavers. Make sure he keeps his skin moisturized

@@BigDaddyForever yeah. I Timed my razor shave compared to the groomer. Razor was more faster per stroke and covered way more distance around the circumference. When I'm done wifey rubs my head to find stubble. Using the groomer I had a lot after a 29 minute usage often circling some spots many times. also if you hair grows a lil farther than a certain length... You gonna be grinding
I feel like it only works fully if your hair is bald but then starts to sprout out few hairs i think it would work only for that cause i notice few video's of the groomer. Guy's would shave with a full set of hair first they would use the trimmer clippers then the five head blade but they would keep doing it till it reaches a nice shave . Now i notice in your video u dont have alot of hair but when u used the blades it looked smooth using it so tell me if im wrong or right do you think it would work best if your hair was sprouting small hairs then a full version.

This shave sucks after few months - I just had mine for 4 months and it stopped working. It's not water proof not even water resistant, the screws rust out on the shaver itself and build up humidity inside the saving mechanism. Worst money ever spend and Freedom grooming is not answering any of my emails as I am trying to cancel the recurring blade charges.

Not a good product. I bought mine and it broke after like 3.5 wks..its weak as well. I was pissed off. You have to keep going around and around in the same spot just to get a slick feel and look. I do not recommend this particular brand. It's a waste of money. Trust me do not buy that piece of shit.

I’ve never seen anyone apply aftershave without first washing off the shaving cream on their head/face.

Are the round blades supposed to each spin around? They vibrate but don't spend as the nose hair cutter spends.
