Hello ma’am. When answering the summary, can I just say the 7 points in the form of the paragraph. The summary is supposed to be fluent so I always mess up there

Fluent in this context just means clear and easy to read. Each point will be a sentence on its own, so you’ll have 7 sentences in your paragraph 🙂

In order to make it a fluent paragraph you should make use of transitional words such as additionally, furthermore and so on. Also try rewriting the sentence from active to passive voice. I'd suggest you look for the Just in time revision booklet from KZN(2022) it helped me get a 60/70 during prelims

We were told that it counts as an irregularity as you can show others your highlighted work/answers on the question paper. We are even discouraged from writing from on out test as question papers can be passed to other students @englishislove

I have not heard of this as an irregularity. It is certainly not mentioned in the rules and regulations that are read to you before the commencement of each exam. Perhaps this is an internal rule your school has, but I have not heard of this on a national level. I will double check the rules and regulations tomorrow.
