Timing belt kit, which includes a water pump, timing belt, 2 pulleys and gaskets will run you about $240. Watch some excellent videos on TH-cam on how to do the job. . . .and go for it. These are incredible trucks but you need to learn to do your own maintenance. When doing timing belt job, also do serpentine belt, rear dif fluid change, transmission flush and flush the old brake fluid out too. If you do these things every 90,000 miles, and if the frame doesn't rot, this vehicle will roll for 1 million miles.

For the TPMS light, you most likely have to do what I just did with my GX to clear it.
Make sure all 4 tires have enough air, you can always check the door. The tricky one is the 5th tire. Go to the back and with the tool that should be there, lower the 5th tire down and make sure its filled up. Its most likely low on pressure, trigering the tpms.
My spare only had 20 psi, once I filled it to lile 34 it was all good. Raised it back up and drove it, light went away after that. You can also reset with the switch underneath the key ignition ring.

these are all maintenance issues. Your cabin filter has probably never been changed before and is clogged, hence no AC airflow. TPMS is likley your spare which has never been filled with air. Used car=learn how to maintain it yourself

I think the actuators are behind the glove box.

If there are certain features you want (2 speed transfer case, crawl control, body on frame, etc.). OR features you don’t want, like auto stop/start, nowadays you almost’have’ to buy used…….or pony up $80,000 for new. The issue with used is always…….”Did the previous owners MAINTAIN the vehicle? Fluids, belts, shocks, wheel bearings, ball joints, etc.?…….and budgeting for those items. Yes, cheaper than new, BUT, now you likely have more $$$$$ into the vehicle than it’s Blue Book value.
    Decisions. Decisions.

One thing abut Toyota is they go pretty well too 200K miles, then everything goes bad at once, and very expensively so. Unless you're rich, I would recommend a cheaper less luxurious suv. What you save in purchasing costs you can one day apply to maintenance at 200K miles...

Air pressure sensors ? Did you check the spare tire ?

Just override the TPSM if it’s bothering you. It’s like that on a lot of old Toyota trucks. The timing belt and water pump is general maintenance. Not an issue.

Bruh, all of those things are common inspection items for pre purchase of a vehicle. What did you check before you bought it lol? If you're worried about gas mileage, get a Prius

Your air pressure in the spare tire is low. Check that I bet light will go off

I have not actually, I’ll give that a go and see if maybe that’s the problem. That would be a nice easy fix 👍

Take care of it. It's a great truck! The timing belt needs changing approximately 90,000 miles.
