Guidance is from Allah alone , without a doubt. Allah is watching us even if are not able to see Him, we should be conscious of Allah throughout our awake time. This mindset of piety is reset in 5 times a day Sala. We should speak to Allah in Sala and say to Allah, Ya Allah, U are watching me, even if cannot see U. Sala is an opportunity to become righteous & disciplined in life, not self righteous. Repeat words or Aya occasionally to reinforce or move Sala toward perfection. Keep trying, never give up. Sala eventually pulls u away from sins in life.
