I understand others and why they are doing it that way. TH-cam algorithm likes channels that have more watch time and average view duration. Longer video, better algorithm score, better exposure. Dont care about that. Thats why im not a big youtuber even though with clickbaits, bombastic titles and overly long videos i could have become one. Im more of a believer in 'if you build it, they will come'.
I also recommend using a staff for this fight, used the Big Sistr one for it. Had on the Gordon set and worked really well timing wise. As the dmg per hit was higher than with twin-rigged, the first was over really quick.
I was having trouble with this guy. I upgraded a one handed weapon to 71 dmg. I added the concussion drone as well. I was like lvl 70 with 9 heals, extra stamina implants and a lot of health with the lvl 2 suit. With 71 dmg I was able to kill the mechs with one shot when they dropped which made it fast
This really helped. Especially the advice about stopping the PAX mechs from respawning. The concussion drone works well but my main issue with this bastard is that if he gets knocked away by the concussion drone, he cheats and uses the axe wave to stun you then kill you in one hit. I used the magnetic drone instead. Pulls black cerberus in and stuns him for a while. I also used the mechanical counterweight injectable on his second form for added damage. A weapon with good speed and energy gain works best. Had the twin rigged weapon upgraded to 47 damage coupled with mechanical counterweight. Took a while but with enough patience and persistence, I defeated him. Got his weapon, helmet, chest and leg armor schematics.
Concussion drone is like, a BIIIG fuck you to the Security Chief [Black Cerberus]. and combine that with the Secret way to Easily get rid of the constant fear of the P.A.X units taking your health kits. this boss becomes your own Angy Punching bag. (Typo is intentional.)
Finally i did it with your guide. Thx for that. I let the pax destroy these two things but i only got the MG Judge 1.0 and i didn`t got the full armor. I got the helmet, the chest and the leg but no arm :/ So maybe i didn`t cut off his right arm at the end....right.

Didn't know I actually had to just hit his legs even more once the yellow bar has filled up. Goddang, this game's boss designs are atrocious. It would've been more obvious if they had shown the health bar for the legs. Cerberus himself was pretty easy. Only hard time with this boss and all the other bosses (except the 3rd one) was understanding the one exact thing you need to do to beat it. The bosses feel way too gimicky.

This is a hint that they are connected. So when the first machine-boss comes, fill up his yellow bar by hitting his legs, then stand in front of the both structures when the boss is far away and he shoots his cannon. When the structure catches fire, move to the next one and repeat. This makes sure that no more machines are summoned.
I accidentally fell down there and black Cerberus said “hey, get him!” And they all rushed me. After about 15 seconds of running around they jumped me and beat my ass.

The adrenaline boost works better slows time down making it easy to take him without having a op setup like this guy has

Great tip! I've been struggling with this fight. I'll try it again now.
Even easier using the drone that pulls enemies you can can get 3-4 hits in with a stave each time and this get you enough energy to do it repeatedly

you are mistaken about the under 30% energy, it won't go under that unless you use it, it does not stay at 30 minimum

In the 4th area, there's a box at the exit of Medcenter with a sword inside ... how do you get it?
you have to open the exhibition.You need the security rig to open a security door where there's a fuse that will open that case.
