If you feel you are Tibetan then yes you are Tibetan there is nothing called mixed Tibetan.... Even if any Tibetan feel he is not Tibetan then there is nothing called Non- Tibetan or half Tibetan... So as long as you feel and believe you are tibetan then you are always Tibetan . So dear, there is nothing called half Tibetan or mixed Tibetan.
