Your intentions for the year sound very interesting, I hope you enjoy them. Learning a new skill a month is a great idea. I’d like to learn more about patchwork this year too.
Patchwork is so beautiful. I’m always very jealous of anyone with a lovely patchwork quilt! Good luck with it 😊❤️
👏 another great video! Yes, excited for this year and more of your lovely videos 💛
I loved seeing your plans. Love the idea of a skill a month. Keen to see the needle felting 😊
Thank you Janelle! I’ll make sure to share some of it in upcoming vlogs ❤️

Hi Heather, thank you so much for your lovely comment. It’s so great to have you here! Wishing you all the best for 2024 ❤️
Lovely video! You are going to be busy with all your new crafts I’m looking forward to your new videos 😊xx
Great vlog and very inspirational. I love that you called them your intentions and not resolutions ! I am decluttering and try to use up my fabric stash . I don't have a lot but I just want to use it and be more focused on what I purchase this year .
Love watching the make up application and you have beautiful skin. Good luck with all the plans and a healthy year ahead . Take care x
Thank you! Yes using the old fabric stash seems to be one we all want to do this year. I definitely feel less clutter helps my mind to feel less cluttered too 😆 Hope you have a wonderful 2024! ❤️
Ooh I'd love u to show us how u homestead, its something I'm really interested in xx
I have a bit of land and I found it incredibly helpful to do a small holders course at my local agricultural college - there is one in Cirencester. Also for medicinal herbs, there is a herbalist/garden at Ruskin Mill in Nailsworth which also do courses. Good luck with your intentions. Visualisation is the key ❤️❤️
Thank you so much for this. That sounds great I will have to have a look at the course. Also the medicinal herb garden sounds wonderful. Will put it on my to visit list ❤️
Hi rachel, do you have any local allotments? Or a farmer who would rent a small bit of land? Maybe worth asking around. 😊
I made my own tea and it's fabulous. I call it covid tea. And I've made my own soap where you can become as adventurous as you like but I used essential oils to help my skin 😊 great vlog x
Hi Jenny! Yes we do and I have looked into it but they are quite a way a way and with my chronic fatigue it would be quite hard for me to manage to getting them. I have a neighbour with a bit of land so I’ve been chatting to her about maybe using some for chickens and bees. Crossing my fingers we can make it happen!
Homemade tea sounds so lovely ❤️
Love your channel and all your crafty content. Can I ask what your chronic illness is?
Thank you lovely ❤️ I have M.E. , Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis and IBS. Bit of a cocktail! 😆
@@RachelBearn you're so positive even though you've all that to deal with. Keep being you 💞
Hi Rachel! Io e love your plans. Never listen to those nay sayers. I'm also a writer and get the same type of negativity. True, so far, I haven't some enough books to retire from teaching, but the dream thrives and drives. We have done the homestead thing and let me warn you: it does NOT slow things down. It's just a different kind of busyness. However, I found it to be very satisfying. Love your knitting, sewing, and homestead projects and the new format of your videos. Have a great day❤
Hey lovely! Great to have a fellow writer here! Thank you for your kind comment ❤️
