That UPS had a half bridge inverter but the diagram you showed is that of a full H bridge inverter.

Thanks for the explanation. I have a UPS which starts and switch off after a few seconds and returns to its charging state. The battery is brand new which I bought recently. Please explain the procedure to locate the fault. This does not starts without the battery. Is it the procedure?

It seems that there can be a problem with the On-OFF switch . if you have a multimeter check with it. If still issue persists let me know. We will definitely sort it out..:)

Sir, I am having same model, but my ups is not working in AC mode or not switching to automatically to normal.mode buts it's charging but when we on the switch it's goes to back up mode

Hi. My son touch the wrong terminal when he hooked up another battery. In doing so. He blew the ups. Theres 2 Fuses but it does not look burned.
But there is a small component that look burned on the board.
Simply replace that burnt component.
You can put the button in place of damaged button, why did u kept it outside? 🤔

This transformer removing the ups which colour wire put directly 240 volt
colour wire doesnt matter..identify primary and secondary and then connect.
My ups is not starting by pushing the s/w ,the s/w is ok . what is the next step??????thank you .
first check that your battery is in working condition, if it is correct then there might be an issue with the circuit or any component need to be replaced. Check every component with the help of multimeter and then replace it.
Sir what is the name of the UPS is it tech-com? I have the same UPS but front small switch circuit is missing, can you help sending me that small switch circuit ?

It is U-Max brand. Small switch circuit is missing mean to say what the UPS didnt came with the cuircuit or you got the defective one?
In general case such type of circuit are used to turning ON the UPS with a long press. Now let me know what are you facing with your UPS. I will help you out to figure the same.

No sir, it was not defective, it was a very good UPS. After around 15 years I opened it and found that only fuse holder inside was broken, battery also charging well, children have played and thrown the front switch part. It seems that if I get the switch circuit it will be ok. Can you please help me to find out the switch circuit ?

For what reason you want to buy the board. Is your previous board dead? Try to repait it. Let me know
My UPS not working in normal position, when i start it goes on battery backup.
I checked all relay is ok, all mosfit is ok then what is the problems?

Sir mine is same kind of ups but it's charging is very slow I'm using external 12v 70ah battery

As you said you are using a 70Ah battery. This capacity of the battery is very large. Now to charge this type of battery in a faster way, the charger circuit must be capable of delivering high current. This is the reason you are facing slow charging. Just take another charging circuit with high current capability.
