Hope Never Dies

We present the case of Anita, a patient with vascular exhaustion, with a translumbar catheter as her last option. She presents to the emergency room after malfunction of catheter with no other possible vascular access. Unfortunately in our hospital we do not count with fluoroscopy or trained vascular surgeon for these kind of patients. We show the story of Anita and how we were able to find a vascular access for one last chance to live.
