    Thank you this is great. I have just received my die so away we go. Metallic thread can be tricky but you have showed us all how easy you can finish the threads.

    As a cross stitcher I never knotted. I do hate working with metallic thread tho so don’t use it much. I’ve ordered these dies and just waiting for them to arrive. Thanks Desiree for the tips. Gorgeous work as always 👏

    "NO KNOTS"! Yes, I love cross stitching, quilting and my newest is crochet, all along with the card making. I just recently learned that you used to make quilts. Do you have any videos on that? I would like to see those. Love the ornament! It really is beautiful with all the embellishments. TFS

    I hate using the metallic thread but I don’t think you can get gold and silver DMC embroidery thread can you ?

    • @IncludeaThankYou
      @IncludeaThankYou  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am sure there is a shade of gold and grey that would look just like gold and silver in DMC floss… I think it would be just as pretty as the metallics!

    I noticed you start with the middle hole but you can start with any hole right ….that’s what I do I tie a not and my back is not bulky at all

    • @IncludeaThankYou
      @IncludeaThankYou  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can start any where you would like! Yes!

  • @scrappingranny

    I use 3 strands how many do you use a lot use 2 is there right or wrong

    • @IncludeaThankYou
      @IncludeaThankYou  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It all depends on the size of the opening for the tread…. And no there is no right or wrong here… I have used 2, 3, even 6 strands…
