Keep in mind, 3 of the supreme court judges are appointed by Trump already. At best, if they are not biased toward Trump, they are neutral in this issue. The Supreme Court is saying that Texas does not even have a right to question another state's conduct of election. It is basically saying : If you have a problem with how another state conduct of election, go to that state's court and suit there. They have file lawsuit in those states and courts in those states are throwing those lawsuit out based on lack of evidence. Now, it does not mean the Federal does not have a right to question the result, however Attorney General Barr said that there is no widespread election fraud. He is also appointed by Trump and can be fired by Trump.
This is an open-and-shut case. From the get-go, most knew the Supreme Court wouldn't touch it. After all, California could argue that every Texan Congressperson affects the lives across all 50 states.
