An hour of boxing if you're giving it 100% is tough, and teaching a dance class whilst having to talk throughout and give full energy is certainly not easy. Or perhaps I just tire easily but I was definitely knackered at the end of the day!! Xx

love the editing.. love the vibe..i understand it's an ad.. but the copy could be better. You taking us through your day, showing us all the things you are doing.. instead of talking about how busy you are feels more genuine. it was a lot of.. I'm so busy, drink this. I would rather see you busy and see what you grab to stay energized through the day.. but other than that great video!
I really appreciate this comment, thank you for giving positive feedback. I tried to show you as much of what I am doing as possible but without the video being too long as I felt it might get a little boring. I have been drinking the Naked Juices since I was at college and I rely on them in the same way now as I did back then so featured them as and when necessary. Thank you for your comment and I will try to take this on board in future videos xx
what kind of exercise is more effective for abs?? (I prefer indoor activities because it's really hot in Greece)

Hi Danielle. This is Dorathy from Myanmar. You're such an inspiration for me. I've been doing your full body workout under the channel Icon UK since a month ago and I lost exactly 1.5 kg. That was alot for me. Now I'm 60kg and 24 yrs old. But I got really stubborn fat on my legs, especially thighs. Please post more intense leg workout that I can do at home. Sincerely.

I don't think "Naked" is good because their smoothies aren't healthy at all and contain more sugar than a fizzy drink 😕 Btw Admit it better that you set up a channel just for money 'cause almost every video is an ad 😕
Unfortunately I can't control when ad videos have to be posted and sometimes scheduling means they're close in publishing dates, although I make every effort to ensure there are far more non ad videos on my channel. I have been drinking Naked Juices since attending dance college and have always found it's really helped me get through the day :) xx
Danielle Peazer there was a report of there being sources of formaldehyde in Naked Juice and they have more sugar in than a can of soda. I'm surprised you would support something like that xx.
