Did you rinse it off? This is not a conditioner, it’s a thick mask. It is not supposed to sit on your hair for more than 7 minutes (some people leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing and they say a lot of good stuff about it). That could be the reason of your emphasized damaged hair. I’m telling you this because since I started using this product my hair got way softer and shinier. No kidding, I posted a picture on Instagram and people were saying: nice blowout. And I didn’t even got close to a hair dryer.
