I love Joan Mitchells work - but would like the camera to show the full painting in stillness before moving into details - but great anyhow -

abstract artists always get criticized because they are not giving you typical images. they are making you use your imagination when you look at their work.....and i like that. you as the viewer can interpret the work according to your own mind's eye and see it as you perceive it for your own self. What is wrong with that? Nothing. And painting is hard work!

I would like to hear what the critic talks about - and I find the Music pretty disturbing …. So art is always also a mirror of a place and a time. - Human experience is the true mystery of the unique, the cultural, the spirituel, and ways of being present and open to the now 🎵🌷🎶❤️

Not a very good painter. There are many drawbacks evident here. Here are some of the weaknesses: color sense quite lacking, weak compositions which is always one of the biggest indicators, desire to express without a larger vision. I would not want to own a Mitchell painting, and would advise collectors to look elsewhere.
