I watched this video a few months ago, but finally decided to comment. Yeah, both the Dexter WCN T-300s you were filming are in desperate need of new motor bearings or a new motor. The left most one also is missing another part known as a "motor tension spring", which provides tension on the motor. That explains why the machine squeaked when it started the spin. It also jumped to high speed way faster than normal.
