      She speaks English left the country for good and prepared Mughlai ( read Persian) dishes and we Indians are supposed to be proud of it. BBC is now preparing such program to question the very idea of India
      "Rogan Josh" is not an Indian dish it is a Persian dish popular in secessionist Kashmir. BBC wants to divert and confuse Indian nationalists. An Indian feeling proud of ROGAN JOSH is just like feeling proud of PIZZA, Chow Mein or Vodka.
      There is not an iota of difference but here the only reality that is conveniently masked is by using MUGHLAI instead of PERSIAN

      @@ravindrathakkar1234 you are focusing on just one dish rogan josh she cooked lots of indian dishes and who cares is it indian or persian she makes as a indian cook , she is popular as a indian cook and she is talking in video about indian food and you can go any good indian restaurant and you will find rogan josh people don't think it's indian or persian these type of dishes are now part of indian mughlai cousins yes pizza pasta chowmin these are not indian but people eat not just in india in whole world just for taste and it don't change your nationality you are watching this in different perspective

      @@ravindrathakkar1234 yes and i don't have any problem with that so many recipes are not indian like biryani even if you know halwa is not indian but now we love (i love ) i think we eat what we like and no matter about origin world is full of so many dishes tasty food eat what you like

    • @ravindrathakkar1234
      @ravindrathakkar1234 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rahulsingh-xj1ly Yes, It is true but many of the dishes which currently have Persian or Urdu names not necessarily originated there or were product of Muslims. Don't forget Muslims were Ruling class and enjoyed all luxuries like exotic dishes. Just like Badminton which seems to be an English game with a classical English Name is in fact a game of Soldiers of Maratha army which English copied and gave it an English name. Biryani for instance which these people say as a gift of Timur's soldiers from Central Asia. Now there are hardly any spices in Central Asia or even Persia ( Iran).
      So don't go just by name.
      "Rogan Josh" a Persian name of a dish popular among Kashmiris but many years before birth of Muhammad , Kalhan, a Brahmin historian talked of the rich class of Kashmir enjoying Fried Meat and cool wine and poor folks eating Utkal sag ( boiled grass). So Rogan Josh may have been an Indian dish before these people gave it a Persian or FARSI name. It is just like taking copyright
