Wanbissaka is a good option to have as a right back. If United look for a back up after selling wanbissaka, I don't think there won't be any better back-up for less money.
I'd prefer AWB stays. He's the man to play when a team we are playing has a dangerous left winger. AWB does the spider thing on them and nullifies that threat for the most part. We have seen it so many times now. AWB does have some shortcomings in his game though. Positional awareness is off at times, plus he does not link so well with our right wingers. He does seem to have got better though. He is also impressing me sometimes playing out from the back. He has improved at that too. I think there's other parts of the team that need attention before looking for an upgrade on AWB (P.S. For the spider defending thing, I am not sure there is an upgrade, because he's one of the best there is at it -- who else is there that can make a dangerous player on their left wing irrelevant in a game?)
Wan-Bissaka is probably the best tackler in the EPL, but honestly Jay, he's NOT a good defender! Too many times he allows wingers/fullbacks in at the back post, his reading of crosses & not checking his shoulder is appalling really. We need a more complete RB, not just a tackler!!

I think the issue with Bissaka is when we have to breakdown teams which is often, his limitations hurt the flow of play. I like him and if we can't find someone alot better to replace him then we have to keep him. Right now the right back position shouldn't be a priority

But if £30 comes in for him I also think we should take it as we don't need 2 RBs at that level, as Williams could do a backup job although AWB is better. But in terms of Guehi, we need a new CB, Palace need a new RB, and if we can use AWB as a £30+ make weight I a player plus cash deal, then I think we should. I'm not english so I don't know how good guehi or Branthwaite are. But looking at their stats if it is solely cash deals, I wouldn't want to go more than 50.5m for Branthwaite or 46 for guehi

I think we need some players for certain tasks. Wan Bissaka is a nice rotational player to have if you need to close out a game with pacy/trouble wingers. Also right back is not really a problem, wonder if we want to push for Frimpong maybe?
We don't need a replacement RB, we need a backup if Dalot is going to remain on the left. Three CBs (two of them backups), a striking partner for Hojlund (or play Bruno in the same position Son did with his Kane partnership), and get wingers who will cross the ball.
I would keep AWB, I would try to get Frimpong & use Dalot as a makeshift LB, don't need any wingers because we have Rashford, Garnacho, Antony & Amad, Perfect signings for me if they sell right, Inacio, Todibo & or Guehi, Frimpong, J.Palhinha, J.Neves, Cunha or Evanilson. Could they do a swap deal with Fulham for J.Palhinha with either Hannibal or DVB?
This is a tough one. I like ETH, Wan-Bissaka and I like what I saw Sunday in Guehi. If the intention is to keep ETH and they are talking contract extension, then he must drive the decision. Wan-Bissaka is a great defensive back but not the greatest going forward, an ETH requirement, although improved. The team needs a CB, stop right there, offer cash for the CB and let Sancho and or Greenwood go.
I like Branthwaite, but I don't think we'll get him. Opportunity for Ineos to make a statement and pull out of the deal instead of overpaying. Send a strong signal to other clubs that the days of taking United for a ride are over. Branthwaite being the sacrificial lamb if you will.
You can rate AWB but doesn’t mean he should stay. He and Maguire make no sense for going forward when they stifle the style of play. AWB is awful at off ball defense as well while probably the best 1v1 defender in league. Get players in that fit tactics. AWB also isn’t great going forward.
