Hello friends, welcome to our IKE channel. Today I will introduce to you the AIO-DF600 series medium-sized heat pump food dehydrator.
You can look at this model. Actually, we have two, but I'll introduce one. This temperature range is 35-75 degrees Celsius. The other is 55-75 degrees Celsius.
This model covers the low temperature range and is also suitable for drying materials that require low temperature drying.
Now I want to tell you some details about the host. This is the host. These two are the external heat exchanger fans. This is the refrigerant high pressure gauge, and this is the refrigerant low pressure gauge. You can tell if the compressor is working properly by these two devices.
This is the controller. This controller is developed by our IKE team, it is 7 inch color touch controller. And this controller has multiple functions. For example, the power-off memory means that if the power is off just now, you don’t have to worry about losing all the presets. The preset will still exist. When you turn on the power again, the machine will continue to work according to the preset temperature and humidity.
Let's see how to operate the controller. First enter the password, 111 111. We can select a wind direction icon to set the direction of the airflow. For example, set forward rotation for 60 minutes and reverse rotation for 60 minutes.
Then we can go back to the main menu and select System Settings to set the target temperature and humidity. Also, we can set how many hours the drying time is. After completing the above steps, we can turn on the machine and start working.
Now let's take a look at the inside of the drying room. This is the doorknob. There are two ring fans on top. And these two are the fans of the host. Please look at the floor. We call it laminate flooring. The advantage of laminate flooring is that it is not easily deformed even when pushing a heavy truck. And this is a bumper, which can prevent the main engine from being crushed by the loading vehicle.
This drying system offers variable wind direction. Just adjust the working mode of the circle powder to achieve the goal. That's why it's suitable for drying a wide variety of materials.
Now we can see that the wind is blowing from the ring fan. is positive rotation. Hot air is also exhausted from the main unit. Then check, it's reverse rotation. The way of wind direction can be adjusted according to your actual needs.
It is fully loaded now. We have 200 stainless steel trays for this drying room. There are 4 stainless steel trolleys in total. We also offer you other options such as plastic trays or flat mesh stainless steel trays. You can choose different pallets according to your budget and material characteristics.
