Barbara is an encyclopedia of health secrets. I have to part company with meat-haters however. There is s reason God placed domestic animals on the earth and gave us dominion over them. God's plan is perfect. Meat has nutrients it would be difficult to get from plants since one would need to eat huge quantities to get what is contained in 5 oz of steak.

@@djb570 this is where so many people are confused! “Carb” which are carbohydrates have been brainwashed as a bad thing (manmade word, carb) The ones that are grown like fruits and vegetables has the fiber we need, nutrient dense foods, the man made products like cookies, cakes and breads are what she wants us to avoid not so nutrient dense foods. When people go on a “low carb diet” they miss out on all the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables we need. Best way to put it is eat what God provides and stay away from manmade products. Herb barring seeds that aren’t grown gmo as she explained. What farmers grow organically they also make their own breads from actual grains we should be enjoying. (Not all the enriched grains)

I haven't seen anything on fingernails, specifically ridges. (It may be out there but...) Many say it's just common; it's just a part of aging. The ridges are annoying because they chip, they snag on everything. A video on what our fingernails are telling us, as well as what to do about it, would be interesting.

Pork fat raises LDL cholesterol. I checked my blood work after eating small amounts like spread on bread and some very unhealthy hams or cheese. Even in this case it helps. I am saying don't eat unhealthy food but eat healthy fats of your choosing. My choice is lard but definitely not everyday. I eat pork cracklings. I don't overdo these. Weight lifting definitely helps. I am almost 50, slim, and have artery problems and am trying to exercise regularly and chuck the white bread out which is very hard. I find white flour very hard to discard.....

How that cholesterol is not the cause of stroke and heat attacks but the things we put in our bodies and also from things from the environment we live in. I would love to do a safe detox to get these toxins out. I believe in your program and would love to know more about it. I just dont know where to go from here really but will be researching to find out more again thank you😊

I’ve been in statins for 10 years, stopped then started back bc my medical doctor scared me. Quitting today!! I might have to find a new doctor but I’m good with that.
To detox it’s a matter of what you eat. Check out her other videos on foods. Also caster oil packs are none to detox the liver. Starting that today myself. Not all caster oil is created equal. It must be hexane free, organic and in an amber glass bottle.

My experience is that if I eat steak (even fat trimmed off) I get chest pain, angina. Same if I eat other fats. I've managed angina since 1993 without doctors meds. I daily took an Olive leaf capsule for 18 months but now I pick and dry olive leaves at home. I only get chest pain if I eat fat, even the fat in avocado. I can eat lots of carbs and yet have no chest pain..

Hi. I don't know where to ask this question and always trust Barbaras advice. So here I am. My mum is almost 84 and has been diagnosed with macular degeneration. She is having regular eye injections but her vision is still getting worse. I tried to advise her to eat and drink better but she is very stuck in her ways. Is there anything you can suggest please. It's heartbreaking seeing her so scared. 😢

Well I believe that the majority of this is true - other than us requiring a plant based diet, and fibre. These points I question, and would like more information on. I have been Keto and felt VERY good when my body produced ketones. Isn’t it true that we are either fat burners or carb/sugar burners? We cannot be both. Our bodies will not produce ketones when there are carbs available. Carbs stop fat burning. Yes, even carbs in vegetables. Please refute this with me!

Try filtered water. Maybe you can find someone that has a water filter and give it a try. I never felt fully hydrated until I invested into a water filter system. I use a berkey. Berberine, keto diet, and apple cider vinegar shot with each meal to start. Reintroduce good bacteria into your gut after a few months with a probiotic.

    • @Feminiine23
      @Feminiine23 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

First of all, don't be afraid your body can heal from this. Trust in god and make it happen by following certains rules. The most important thing: skip the antibiotics, it's damage your gut flora and make things worse.
Sauerkraut in your meals for probiotic cause those antibiotics kill our good bacteria in our microbiome so you need to replenish them asap. Second, drink a glass of warm water, not hot, with a teaspoon of apple Cider vinegar: first thing to do in the morning. And 30 min after your glass of warm water, drink a fresh glass of: cabbage, carot and Celery stalk. Make by yourself, don't press, just blend it well and drink it.
Throughout the day, listen to your body, you may notice that he doesn't support citrus fruits cause because of their acidity, so skip them until your recovery.
Don't overeat, cause your stomach is fragile, just eat until you 80% full. Don't eat yours veggies raw, eat them cooked. Even apple must be cooked because fiber in it a soluble if I don't misunderstood myself. Just go with fruits like papaya, mango (with a good source of protein before cause it's high in calories and sugar) banana. And any other fruits that are not citrus. But remember: if the fruit is dense, cook it oder your stomach will be in trouble.
Skip whole milk for the time of your treatment, just go with nuts milk. They don't have lactose so it's actually easy for your stomach to process them. I'm don't saying that whole milk is bad for you, just for now, your self can't handle him well.
Another tips, eat white meat ( chiken, turkey) eat them without the skin. Skip red meat for the time of your recovery, cause red meat is rich and dense, and your stomach will be in trouble to process it well. Go for fish: salmon, Atlantic mackerel, shrimp.
Don't eat frying meals, even it's fry with a quality oil like Evoo, it's may be a deal with your stomach, so go for stew by ading your oil at the end of your dish, and baking.
And for your dinner, make sure you eat 3 hours before your sleep. Your stomach will thank you.
And have some savory snack through the day, cause I've notice that when I was feeling angry, I was in trouble with the pain. But once I ate, the pain was gone.
For the final tip, drink Lukewarm water through the day. I've noticed that when I drinking chill water, it's was painful full for my stomach, I felt bloated and uncomfortable. So Lukewarm water will be your friend.
It's also important for you to have everyday a breakfast.
Reminder: all the body are not the same. But these are some tips that help me to heal. It's take me 2 month exactly. Since I don't feel any pain in my body.
I've had ate white basmati rice instead of the brown during these two month cause brown rice is dense and rich so it was hard for my stomach to processed it. I did so much deals for these two month cause I was focus on my recovery! But those are some tips that help me
Choose quality oil, don't eat veggies raw, even apples, drink warm water and Acv first thing ine the morning and 30 min after, drink your cabbage elixir.
30 or 40 min after your cabbage juice, eat your breakfast. A savory breakfast please. Keep things simple with your meals. It's just for few month and after your recovery, you will enjoy your meal again!
