- The Mk 80 has been a passion project ever since it was revealed at the Disney Parks. I felt that I had a lot to offer when it came to mobility, so the Mk 80 seemed perfect for that sort of project. I worked together with FluffStudio.us to create this showcase of the entire project coming to fruition.
The files were custom modeled by me and are currently in a refinement stage, making sure everything is ready for release.

People who've never cosplayed in these bulky suits will never understand how profoundly impressive it is to just sit down. That's a game changer.
(I was about to say that I’ve never cosplayed period) Wait a minute does Halloween technically count as cosplay? You’re dressing up as your favorite character, and maybe even acting like them.
Dude. The suit itself, cinematography, and editing on this is so good!!!
Thanks a ton!
The flexibility in this suit is UNMATCHED BRO you killed it
Flexibility was the goal! And it all fits in a single large check in luggage 😏
Bro is IRON MAN 🔥🔥🔥
Gotta do something even better next time 💪😤

Is there a 3d print file and tutorial available?
Here before viral 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶
LOL i can dream
Very nice! Did you mould some of the pieces in flexible foam or silicone?
Nope! Everything in this suit is rigid ABS plastic 😊
@@KACosplayTechThat's awesome! I see something that looks like flexible segments or expansion/sliding sections. Did you document the assembly process somewhere? I'm thinking of making a different kind of Iron Man suit and this would definitely help the process. I mean just to sit down and bring your hands to your face while wearing the full suit is a game changer! Thanks man!
