Remember this is the Tourney balance mod ( steamcommunity... ) so the Talents might be different from the vanilla game.
Talents: 1-1-3-2-2-1
Sword: Swift Slaying, Attack Speed, Block Cost Reduction
Javelin: Conservative Shooter, Power vs Skaven, Power vs Infantry
Necklace - Barkskin, Health, Block Cost Reduction
Charm - Decanter, Power vs Infantry, Power vs Skaven
Trinket - Shrapnel, Crit Chance, Stamina Recovery
I haven't bothered with proper Breakpoints or anything like that, so I wouldn't say this is an "optimized" build at all, if that's what you're looking for.
