He has teeth he can eat everything the mom and bigger boy eat. She should get baby a walker at the junk yard, that's where other moms get them. That baby is either on his mom's back or sitting on that bed alone, even if he crys the mom will not even talk to him poor thing just gets ignored. So sad.
