I was training body builder for years and never get the strength, power,coordination and speed that I always wanted, I'd stop and I started training as a mma fighter , using the same routine in this video,I'd change the weights for jumping ropes,tractor wheels,trx ropes, medicine balls and resistance bands and in 8 months I become the person that I always wanted to be.I'd recommend this routine , really works.
