Our honorable judges are busy hearing cases filed by rich advocates on behalf of politicians, every week.
Millions of cases of poorest section , senior citizens, pensioners and cases filed by women alleging rape, tribal people etc are pending for decades but honorable judges have not been able to spare time to hear their greivanves but manage to hear the rich advocates. Recently our honorable President of India requested CJI to speed up cases of tribals who have been waiting for justice
Justice delayed is justice denied - says Indian constitution
Indian population of 140 million have not resorted to any agitation violence against the judiciary despite " denial of justice" and have been waiting patiently.
140 million people have not lost the idea of democracy but stand for a democracy without an effective judiciary.
Many senior citizens a d pensioners died 3-4 years ago but their cases are not fixed for hearing in the supreme court
What can be done to create awareness among the judiciary to fix priority and to pass judgement within 2- 3 years
Why do many judges have sympathy for the politicians As far as I know the constitution assures equality before law Even the honorable President of India had once appealed to SC CJI to kindly dispose of the old cases of Tribals.
Political criminals and Rich advocates may be allocated a special bench in lower / high and supreme court so that ordinary citizens can get space
How did the Delhi CM allow this luquor corruption case to be used against him as though he was trying to blow up a national treasure?
Or, are his political rivals finally gifted with the perfect crime to push their rival away for good?
This is like politicians using the judiciary to throw a political punch at each other in full view of our constitution.
There's something very unsettling about it all.

He should be thrown in jail for his fraudulent behaviour and making thousands of crores of rupees
Then what about Electoral bond scammers. That is very big scam than this.which is making lacks of Crores. Why they are not thrown in the jail.
