PTCGL gave you the counter catcher and boss because it wanted the Dragapult player to lose. Conspiracy!
I think the weaville rescue board combo eats too much deck space
Morpeko is the way, honestly
For sure
he has morpeko in the deck...
Free additional boss
True I forgot Morpeko also has built in gust
@@AzulGG The upside of weavile having gust only happens to REALLY favor it because meta is filled of basic 2p attackers/supports, and Latias Ex will just come and make it even more valuable, so I can agree on it being a good meta call
Bro, Suicune's frozen flow ability was a str8 Boss's orders for like 2 years in expanded before they fixed it. I'm shocked that nobody used it. Every time something got knocked out, active suicune with air balloon🎈 was quite broken.
The Dark Souls franchise challenges your psychology of the gaming business.
Any reason why not play the most recent Shrouded Fable (W) Sneasel? As it is searchable through Irida
I would assume it's either retreat cost hit points or just having the pecharunt rescue board available earlier.
For pechu but I guess 1 of them could be interesting.
Because Pech puts it into the active and Rescue Board gives it free retreat. That combo doesn't work unless you use the dark type
The whole bad matchup feels like a thing we complain about here in the Netherlands, where it always feels like when you cycle you have the wind against you. Which can't be true, but side winds feel more like winds against you then wind in your back. So it feels like most of the time you have wind against you, even though its more often just a side wind. Same here, people feel like a match-up thats maybe 50-55% against one deck is already considered bad, even though thats just healthy.
The game is rigged
Morpeko is was more reliable than Weavile, Acadamy at Night is also super clutch when all the Palafin EX are in hand. I added 1 copy Palafin with Justice kick to respond to mimikyu and neutralization zone. Finizen with Valiant Evolution can save a bad opening hand. I'm currently experimenting with Rabsca for Dragapult and Dusknoir defense.
Rabsca actually does nothing against Dusknoir, since it only blocks effects of attacks, while Cursed Bomb is an ability.
Anyone have some suggestions on improving my Pult deck? And no I'm not adding the Dusknoir line. Im currently testing to see if Hoothoot/Noctowl is good in the deck.

I was playing that weavile in my water gator deck when. The gator first came out...I already knew it would be great against all the new big basics that come out .
Putting in 60hp Bidoof when a 70hp one exists, and then complaining that Dragapult is a matchup you struggle with is… a choice.
I do like the deck though! I have tried it out and have had some success with it, but found 1 morpeko to be excellent, as my Sneasel/Weaviles were struggling to survive often enough, where the deck became very clunky to play if they needed to be recovered WITH Rescue board
The bad matchup thing doesn’t even make sense because that means 50% of the player base only gets good matchups 😂
If you get bad matchup every time then whoever you play against is getting good matchups. I guess you can say ptcgl is matching you with bots constantly lmao
Why is not always correct to play the basics and the heavy ball? I understand what you’re saying or at least trying to say, but I don’t understand how it is optimal to NOT play heavy ball.
Yup I’ve been using this since shrouded fable came out
It works amazingly well
Does the new Kingdra allow you to grab this Palafin and skip the other steps to get it in play? Or is it completely locked because its only possible because its soley based on the 'ability'
It can ONLY be put into play with zero to hero
Been using this combo for awhile now so much fun
Im surprised no prime catcher, also a baby palafin works wonders. Tseerena interesting too
Yeah, baby Pala would be amazing in this deck
Ive been a sea sick sawsbuck before...its not fun
Can you put Palafin ex into play with Kindra ex's first attack? I know palafins ability says you can only put this pokemon into play with the switch effect, but kingdra says any water pokemon.
I believe I heard a ruling that you can not.
I knew it could get competitive >:u
I played against this deck during a cup, he had the board completely set up and I was shook until I flipped heads on Pokemon Catcher and won. IT WAS SPOOKY THO.
People saying weavile is bad. Weavile is a gusting ability, you can use that. Then use switch. Morpeko can only be your switch for turn. If your opponent gusts a Pokémon that has no way to retreat your stuck. Weavile can get you out of the active
I mean you had both arven and irida for counter catcher anyways first game, even if you didn't hit boss
If they don't draw prize cards I can't use counter catcher
It’s been awhile and u haven’t fixed my deck
hahaha the conspiracy rant cracked me up
My big issue with Palafin, is TM Devo absolutely destroys the deck
But how meta relevant is TM Devo rn?
The weavile looks sick, but as someone else already pointed out, deck gets bodied by devo
Yea its pretty lame LMAO
was there a reason not to get any energy off of the earthen vessel at 23:42?
He already has an energy in hand to attach for turn, and wants to thin his hand out to draw as many cards as possible with Mew's ability
What about defience band for pidgeot ex
This deck is BDIF to be honest
Hold up what if you played an ability canceling Pokemon iron thorns
Iron Thorns’ ability only affects Pokemon in play, and Palafin ex’s ability prevents it from being put into play except by the baby Palafin
whats the answer to mimikyu and cornerstone?
The forfeit button
Sneasel duh
@@kingwailord4143 gotta agree with this. Hahahaha
Go next
You really don't need 3 Zero to Hero Palafins. I just switch one out with another baby Palafin, the safer option being the one with a 1-water 130 dmg attack. But the other with a 210dmg attack for 2 water is also fun (but requires switching to work).
Palafin video let’s goooooo
And then the opponent plays Mimikyu
Hey man, you seem pretty to be pretty emotionally and logically intelligent, so I'd make the gentle suggestion that you could pretty easily learn how to pronounce Japanese names. They're basically phonetic, with the caveat that "u" is essentially skipped if it's between two unvoiced consonants (consonants that you can't breath out when you say them, like you can with "m" or "n"). Stress on the second-to-last syllable. So this is "YEE-oh nah-GAHT-skee." Honestly pretty easily googled, and the deck creator probably would have appreciated it a lot.
"You should just ban questions all together here" and "You sound like you're really fun at parties." - really about sums up every @AzulGG interaction with his own chat in each vod post. Like literally every video he's just so disinterested in his own community. Then says, "even the stupid questions I like because then I have to decipher the stupid questions" is so backhanded like what is ur problem lmaoo
Everything is my problem
I mean, even in this comment section you guys write a lot of bs..
I think he deals with the inane questions pretty well. How would you feel parsing through chat and seeing the same questions like “what do you think the top 5 control decks are?” Or, “how does turbo roaring moon match up with Terapagos with bouffalant?”.
He will still give an answer to these even if it’s “I don’t know.” I don’t know if I would have the patience for that.
It is unrealistic to expect someone who is a professional at something to constantly deal with people that have no understanding of what it means to be professional at that thing, telling them or asking them critically about their interpretation of being a professional at that thing.
